ASHI CPR / AED (Adult / Child / Infant)

Time: 3 Hour Class

Course Completion Card: Two year American Safety & Health Institute Card issued upon successful completion.

Prerequisites: None

Description:  This class teaches cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), defibrillation with an automated external defibrillator (AED), and relief of chocking.  Procedures are covered for:

  • infants – under 1 year of age
  • children – 1 – 7 years of age
  • adults –  age 8 and over
The goal of this class is to allow participants to perform CPR in the event they are faced with it and confidently operate any brand or type of AED. Specific training on the AED model you have can be conducted upon request.

This class provides the credential needed by:

  • Adoptive Parents & Foster Parents
  • Personal Trainers
  • School Personnel

This class can be taught along with First Aid.
